The idea behind imiji

imiji brings all these pictures together in one place, but it's more than a simple storage solution. Our goal is to highlight the value of individual shots: not to pile them up endlessly, but to find the images that connect you deeply with the occasion. That's true not only for weddings, but for every event where people come together and share experiences.

The app has to be practical, no matter what. The app and web portal together form a complete solution for everything photo-related: snapshots from smartphones come in through the app, shots from SLR and digital cameras through the portal.

imiji isn't a single-event solution — it's built for long-term use across all kinds of occasions. Just create a new album and invite your guests: device-independent, easy to use, and open to everyone.

It matters to us that photos actually get seen. Thanks to the built-in lab connection, you can easily turn your shots into physical prints. The moments live on in the pictures.

Even during the celebration, imiji can be used creatively through livestream and slideshow (coming soon). Afterwards, guests keep reliving the shared memories, liking photos and chatting in the comments.

Personal data and photos are private and deserve protection. That's why all collected pictures are stored on servers in Germany, and user data is never resold.

Every album's circle of viewers is defined and managed by its owner. Only those who've been invited get access to the shared content. That transparency is what makes it secure.
